Pass, Payment & Refund Policy
01.Disposable Duration Passes
NADI VPN provides access exclusively via prepaid duration passes (1 Day, 7 Days, 15 Days, or 30 Days). We do not operate recurring subscription models, do not store credit card credentials, and never execute automated billing rebills.
Each pass grants one concurrent WireGuard tunnel connection with full access to our dual high-bandwidth relay nodes in Kerkrade, Netherlands, and Nuremberg, Germany. Pass validity commences automatically upon on-chain blockchain confirmation and ceases at the exact expiry timestamp recorded in your account dashboard.
02.Cryptocurrency Payments Only
To maximize customer privacy and eliminate third-party financial profiling, payment is accepted exclusively in cryptocurrency via our automated payment processor (NOWPayments). Fiat currency, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers are not accepted.
You must send the exact specified amount in the designated token and over the specified blockchain network displayed on the checkout invoice. Sending an unsupported token, selecting an incorrect blockchain network, or underpaying the invoice amount may result in unrecoverable funds. NADI VPN cannot reverse or retrieve misplaced blockchain transactions.
Your private encryption key is generated locally in your web browser and never leaves your client device. Payment processing does not require or touch your private cryptographic keys.
03.Pending and Unconfirmed Payments
A transaction remains in “Pending” status until the underlying blockchain network achieves the required block confirmations. A pass is only activated once the payment gateway reports confirmed settlement.
If an on-chain transfer has completed required confirmations but fails to activate your pass within 15 minutes, please reach out to [email protected] with your order ID, token symbol, and on-chain transaction hash (TxID).
04.Refund Policy — Finality of On-Chain Transactions
Due to the irreversible, non-custodial nature of decentralized blockchain networks and immediate provisioning of bandwidth resources, all cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain.
Refunds are not granted for unused passes, partially consumed passes, change of mind, speed variations caused by local ISP throttling, or passes that expire before customer utilization.
05.Limited Technical Exceptions
At our sole discretion, an account credit or replacement pass may be issued strictly in the following scenarios:
- Activation Pipeline Failure: If a valid on-chain payment was fully confirmed by the network, but our automated system failed to provision your pass due to a server-side software outage.
- Operator Discontinuation: If NADI VPN discontinues relay operations prematurely for reasons unrelated to user breach or legal orders, active unexpired passes will receive a pro-rata reimbursement via cryptocurrency (minus network gas fees).
No refund or replacement pass will be granted if an account is suspended or terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
06.Expiry, Renewal & Peer Cleanup
Passes do not renew automatically. Upon reaching the expiry timestamp, the associated WireGuard peer configuration is automatically deleted from relay server volatile RAM, terminating active tunnels.
To resume access, you can purchase a new pass at any time through your dashboard. Purchasing a new pass provisions a fresh WireGuard configuration and does not revive historical sessions.
