Troubleshooting & FAQ

sync_problemHandshake Not Completing

Make sure UDP traffic on port 51820 is not blocked by your local firewall or ISP. Also verify your device clock is synchronized via NTP.

dnsDNS Resolution Issues

By default, NADI VPN profiles route DNS requests to our encrypted internal resolver (10.8.0.1) or Cloudflare 1.1.1.1. You can customize DNS in the WireGuard config editor.

devicesConnecting Multiple Devices

Do not reuse the same profile on multiple devices at once. Generate a separate WireGuard configuration for each phone, laptop, or router on your dashboard.

lockNo-Traffic-Logs Guarantee

WireGuard keys are generated entirely in your browser using Curve25519 cryptography. Your private key never leaves your device.
