Support & Setup Center

Step-by-step guides, configuration troubleshooting, and direct support for connecting official WireGuard® clients to NADI VPN relays.

Configuration Troubleshooting

Solutions for common WireGuard tunnel connection and DNS issues.

sync_problem

Handshake Not Completing

Ensure UDP port 51820 is permitted by your local network or router firewall. Verify that your system clock is accurate and synchronized via NTP, as WireGuard timestamps require loose synchronization.

dns

DNS Resolution & Leaks

NADI VPN configurations route DNS requests to our encrypted internal on-node resolver (10.8.0.1) with private fallback, ensuring complete leak protection. If you experience DNS issues, verify that your tunnel interface is active.

qr_code_scanner

Connecting on Mobile via QR

Open the official WireGuard app on iOS or Android, tap the "+" button, and select "Scan from QR code". Point your camera at the QR code displayed on app.nadivpn.com/dashboard/wireguard for immediate import.

lan

Subnet IP Conflicts

Never copy the same .conf file to multiple devices concurrently. Always generate a unique profile per device so our edge coordinator provisions a distinct /32 peer IP.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our WireGuard configuration-first architecture.

help_outlineDoes NADI VPN support DPI bypass or traffic obfuscation?

No. NADI VPN connects strictly using the standard, official Linux kernel WireGuard® protocol on UDP port 51820. We do not provide proprietary packet obfuscation or DPI bypass layers. If an ISP or national firewall utilizes Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) to block standard WireGuard handshakes, connections may be filtered. We prioritize protocol purity, open-source auditability, and cryptographic integrity over unverified circumvention claims.

help_outlineHow do duration passes and server locations work?

You choose your duration pass (1 day, 7 days, 15 days, or 30 days) and settle via cryptocurrency with no credit cards required. Each active pass unlocks all European nodes across our fleet. You can generate your private .conf profile or scan the mobile QR code anytime in your dashboard.

help_outlineWhat cryptocurrencies are accepted?

We accept USDT (TRC-20), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), TRON (TRX), Dogecoin (DOGE), Toncoin (TON), Ripple (XRP), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). Payments settle directly on-chain with minimal network fees, zero account sign-up hurdles, and no identity verification or credit cards required.

help_outlineHow do I connect to NADI VPN?

NADI VPN does not require installing any proprietary VPN client. You connect using the official, audited WireGuard® app on your device (available on Google Play, Apple App Store, Windows, macOS, Linux, or router firmware). Simply log in to the portal at app.nadivpn.com, generate your private .conf profile or scan the high-contrast QR code, and toggle connect.

help_outlineWhy does NADI VPN use official WireGuard® instead of custom apps?

Proprietary VPN apps often bundle bloatware, tracking SDKs, advertising frameworks, and unnecessary background daemons. By relying entirely on official WireGuard® software, you receive direct kernel-speed throughput, minimal battery consumption, and open-source cryptographic auditability.

help_outlineHow does zero-knowledge key generation work?

Your Curve25519 private key is generated strictly inside your browser memory using Web Cryptography. Your private key never touches our servers. Only the derived public key is submitted to the Edge API to allocate your assigned tunnel IP (10.8.0.x) and private DNS resolver (10.8.0.1).

help_outlineWhat platforms and hardware are supported?

Every device compatible with official WireGuard® is supported: Android phones & tablets, iPhone & iPad (iOS), Windows 10/11, macOS (Apple Silicon & Intel), Linux (wg-quick), and gateway routers (OpenWrt, GL.iNet, pfSense, OPNsense).

help_outlineCan I connect multiple devices at the same time?

To protect relay throughput and avoid bandwidth hogging, each account pass grants one (1) active concurrent WireGuard tunnel. You can configure and download profiles for all your devices (phone, laptop, router), but connecting on a new device will automatically replace and revoke the previous connection. If you switch between fleet relay locations, your tunnel seamlessly transitions.

help_outlineIs P2P and BitTorrent allowed?

Yes. P2P and BitTorrent traffic is 100% permitted and unthrottled across our unmetered high-throughput fleet relays. You can review our full P2P & BitTorrent Policy at /legal/torrent-p2p.

help_outlineDoes NADI VPN retain connection or traffic logs?

No. Relays operate entirely in volatile memory (RAM) with zero traffic logging, zero DNS query tracking, zero connection timestamps, and zero user bandwidth logging. Sovereign privacy is enforced by architecture.
