Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about NADI VPN protocol architecture, zero-knowledge keys, and config-first networking.

General & Architecture

help_outlineWhat makes NADI VPN different from other VPNs?

NADI VPN eliminates proprietary client apps and corporate tracking bloat. We provide direct kernel-speed WireGuard® access using official, audited open-source clients across all platforms with zero-knowledge browser profile generation.

help_outlineHow do duration passes work?

NADI VPN replaces predatory recurring subscriptions with disposable micro-passes (1-Day for $0.99, 7-Day for $2.99, 15-Day for $4.49, and 30-Day for $5.99). Each pass grants full access to all active relays across our European fleet without region locks or per-location surcharges.

help_outlineIs P2P and BitTorrent allowed?

Yes. P2P and BitTorrent file sharing is 100% permitted, unthrottled, and protected by our strict no-traffic-logs policy across our European relays.

help_outlineIs my data really private?

Yes. We enforce a strict no-traffic-logs policy. We do not inspect, log, or record browsing history, DNS queries, connection timestamps, or traffic payloads. Retained operational data is strictly limited to account email (for passwordless OTP access), client WireGuard public key, and active pass expiration timestamp while your pass is active.

help_outlineCan I use NADI VPN on multiple devices?

To guarantee maximum speed and prevent network saturation, each pass grants one (1) concurrent active connection. You can configure and store profiles across all your phones, laptops, and routers, but only one active tunnel is alive at a time. Switching locations seamlessly transitions your tunnel.

WireGuard® & Encryption

help_outlineDoes NADI VPN support DPI bypass or traffic obfuscation?

No. NADI VPN connects strictly using the standard, official Linux kernel WireGuard® protocol on UDP port 51820. We do not provide proprietary packet obfuscation or DPI bypass layers. If an ISP or national firewall utilizes Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) to block standard WireGuard handshakes, connections may be filtered. We prioritize protocol purity, open-source auditability, and cryptographic integrity over unverified circumvention claims.

help_outlineWhat is WireGuard®?

WireGuard is a state-of-the-art secure network tunnel protocol utilizing modern cryptography (ChaCha20-Poly1305, Curve25519, BLAKE2s). It is vastly faster, more battery-efficient, and more verifiable than legacy OpenVPN or IPsec.

help_outlineHow are encryption keys generated?

Your Curve25519 keypair is generated directly in your browser memory using the Web Cryptography API. Your private key is never transmitted or stored on our servers.

help_outlineWill NADI VPN slow down my connection?

Because WireGuard operates directly in kernel space with BBR congestion control and high-throughput uplinks, latency overhead is minimal and throughput reaches line speed on capable connections.

Account, Pricing & Cryptographic Checkout

help_outlineHow do I start using NADI VPN?

Log in with your email at app.nadivpn.com, verify with the magic one-time code sent to your inbox, select your pass, and settle with crypto. Then download your WireGuard profile (.conf) or scan the QR code with your official WireGuard app.

help_outlineWhat cryptocurrencies are accepted?

We accept USDT (TRC-20), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), TRON (TRX), Dogecoin (DOGE), Toncoin (TON), Ripple (XRP), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). Payments settle directly on-chain with no credit cards, bank accounts, or personal billing details required.

help_outlineHow do I revoke a profile or delete my account?

You can rotate keys, unbind device profiles, and wipe your session data anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
