Acceptable Use Policy
01.Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules and guidelines governing the use of NADI VPN. It applies to every duration pass, account, configuration profile, and WireGuard public key provisioned across our fleet.
Breach of this policy may lead to a warning, immediate tunnel suspension, public key blocking, or account termination under the procedures set forth in the Terms of Service.
02.Lawful Use Only
You must use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to commit, facilitate, attempt, or conceal any criminal offence, or to infringe upon the legal rights of any individual or entity.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your conduct complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including the laws of your home jurisdiction and the laws governing our relay nodes in Kerkrade, Netherlands, and Nuremberg, Germany.
03.Prohibited Activities
Without limitation, the following activities are strictly prohibited through NADI VPN:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Production, dissemination, hosting, or accessing of CSAM in any form is subject to absolute zero tolerance.
- Network Attacks: Launching, participating in, or relaying Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks, amplification floods, or packet spoofing.
- Malicious Software: Distribution of ransomware, trojans, worms, botnet command-and-control (C2) traffic, or cryptojacking payload delivery.
- Unauthorized Access: Port scanning, credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized exploitation of external systems or networks.
- Spam & Mass Messaging: Transmission of unsolicited commercial electronic mail (spam), phishing campaigns, or mass deceptive communications.
- Service Degradation: Any deliberate activity that impairs, overloads, or disrupts our relay servers or degraded network throughput for fellow subscribers.
04.Fair Use and Connection Limits
Each NADI VPN pass permits exactly one concurrent active tunnel connection. You must not resell, redistribute, or multiplex your WireGuard profile or QR code in a manner that bypasses this concurrency limit.
Legitimate personal use within your active pass allocation is unrestricted, including unthrottled personal peer-to-peer file sharing as set out in our P2P and Copyright Policy.
05.Zero Tolerance for CSAM
Any confirmed or credible report of CSAM results in immediate, non-negotiable termination of the account, permanent revocation of the client public key, relay host blacklisting, and reporting to relevant statutory authorities under our Law Enforcement Policy.
No prior warning will be issued in CSAM cases, and administrative appeals do not suspend enforcement.
06.Zero Traffic Inspection
In accordance with our strict no-traffic-logs architecture, NADI VPN does not inspect, monitor, deep-packet analyze, or filter the content of your encrypted WireGuard packets in the ordinary course of operations.
This policy does not imply affirmative surveillance. Enforcement actions are taken solely upon receipt of verified technical abuse reports, corroborated third-party network evidence, or validated court orders under the Abuse Reporting Policy.
