02.Update Schedule & Canary Mechanics

This report is reviewed and re-issued at least once every three calendar months (quarterly). Even if zero requests are received during a period, the “As of” date will be incremented following executive review.

Important: How to Interpret a Stale Canary

A warrant canary functions on the principle that while an operator under a secret gag order may be forbidden from stating that an order was served, they cannot be compelled to falsely renew a statement of non-receipt. If this page is not updated within 14 days of the stated review cadence, users should consider the canary expired.

03.No-Logs Architectural Integrity

Because NADI VPN operates exclusively in volatile RAM with zero persistent disk logging, we have no connection records, origin IP addresses, DNS queries, or user activity logs to produce under subpoena.

If an order demanding non-existent logs is served, our legal response will formally state that the data does not exist. That response will be counted under the “Demands rejected” tally in future editions of this report, preventing any misleading implication that data was concealed or withheld.

For complete details on our data disclosure policy and procedural standards, see our Law Enforcement & Legal Requests Policy.

04.What Is Excluded From This Report

To uphold our non-negotiable commitment to user privacy, this report never contains identifying information regarding accounts, individual public keys, transaction hashes, or specific relay IPs. All metrics are published strictly in aggregate form.
